Jaklen Alkyan's debut book, A Lovebird Named Lucy, based on a true story, was awarded First Place Winner in the Children's Nonfiction category. Audrey and Lucy's Backyard Adventure received Honorable Mention for Picture Books (6 & Older) and Best Illustrations categories.
